For quite sometime I have needed to learn better eating habits and lose weight to where I feel better. Fifty for me seems, well.. a life time. I had been hunting several days in late January 2006 and the hunting season was drawing to a close. I had hunted the day before on Friday for six hours in the blistering cold. I can remember sitting there in my camouflage gear
